This page is the version archive for Minecraft Mod APK. It lists the builds from the newest release back to the older ones players still search for — including Minecraft 1.20.1 Mod APK and Minecraft 1.21.130 — with what changed in each and whether it is still worth installing.
Honest note up front: this site serves only the newest build (1.26.60.30) for download. Older builds are listed here for reference — so you can compare versions, check what changed, and understand why a world or a guide mentions a build number you do not recognise. We do not keep old APK files available, because old builds miss new content, new fixes, and security-relevant patches.
Get the current build from the Minecraft Download page or read the per-version page for Minecraft 1.26.60.30 APK.
Current Build (Download This One)
| Build | Status | Details |
|---|---|---|
| 1.26.60.30 | Current — served here | Fixes build: touch-control stutter fix, add-on achievements restored, faster Realms uploads. Includes all 1.26-line content (Wilderness Bound, Dream it Build it). |
If you are unsure which version to install, install 1.26.60.30. Everything below is for reference only.
Recent Builds (1.26 Line)
| Build | Status | Details |
|---|---|---|
| 1.26.52.3 | Reference only — not served | Dream it, Build it! content line: Vibrant Visuals, Happy Ghast family, multiplayer locator bar. |
| 1.26.50.27 | Reference only — not served | Wilderness Bound content line: Dappled Forest biome, Abandoned Camps, straw beds, cushions, concrete stairs/slabs. |
| 1.26.40.31 | Reference only — not served | Stability release in the 26.40 cycle. |
| 1.26.10.26 | Reference only — not served | Earlier 1.26-line build; superseded. |
| 1.26.0.27 | Reference only — not served | Early 1.26-line build; superseded. |
Worlds made on this build generally carry forward to newer 1.26 builds if backed up first.
Older Builds Players Still Search For
| Build | Status | Details |
|---|---|---|
| 1.21.130 / 1.21.130.28 | Reference only — not served | Late 1.21-line builds. Many old guides and videos mention 1.21.130. If a guide says “download v1.21.130”, it is outdated — the same steps work on 1.26.60.30. |
| 1.20.1 | Reference only — not served | An older 1.20-line build. Very old guides reference it. Do not install it to follow a new guide — use the current build instead. |
| 1.20.x and earlier | Reference only — not served | Legacy builds. Only relevant if you are restoring a very old world. |
Why We Only Serve the Newest Build
- New content: each new build carries new biomes, mobs, blocks, and fixes. Old builds simply do not have them.
- Compatibility: worlds, add-ons, and Marketplace packs target current builds. Old builds break more often.
- Security: newer builds include the latest fixes. Old APKs floating around the web are also the ones most likely to be tampered with.
- Support: every guide on this site is written and tested against the current build.
How to Move From an Old Build to the Current One
- Back up your worlds (copy
/games/com.mojang/or export each world). - Uninstall the old build.
- Download 1.26.60.30 from the Minecraft Download page.
- Install following our How to Install Minecraft Mod APK guide.
- Restore your backed-up worlds and open them to confirm they load.
If the install fails, see How to Fix “App Not Installed”.
What If My World Was Made on an Old Build?
Worlds from the same major line (e.g. 1.26.x → 1.26.60.30) almost always open fine after a backup. Worlds from much older lines (1.20.x, 1.21.x) usually open too, but blocks, mobs, or add-on behaviour can differ.
Open a copy of the world first, not the original.
If a world will not open, the cause is almost always a broken add-on or a corrupted save — not the version jump itself.
Version Numbers Explained — 26.x vs 1.26.x
Two numbering styles describe the same releases:
- Mojang’s year-based numbering — 26.40, 26.50, 26.52, 26.60. The “26” is the year 2026.
- Mod-build numbering — 1.26.40, 1.26.50, 1.26.60.30. Mod sites keep the familiar “1.26.” prefix and append the build number.
How to match them: 26.50 = 1.26.50, 26.52 = 1.26.52, 26.60.30 = 1.26.60.30.
Beta vs release: builds with three-part numbers like 26.60.24 or 26.60.29 are test builds from the same cycle. The two-part numbers (26.50) are usually the headline drops.
How to Check Which Build You Have Installed
- Open Minecraft → Settings → look at the version number shown on the main screen or in the settings footer.
- Or go to Android Settings → Apps → Minecraft — the installed version is listed there.
- Compare it with the current build on the Minecraft Mod APK homepage.
If your installed build is older than 1.26.60.30, you are missing content and fixes — update using the steps in the “How to Move” section above.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Where can I download Minecraft 1.20.1 Mod APK?
This site serves only the newest build (1.26.60.30). 1.20.1 is listed on this page for reference, but we recommend installing the current build — it includes everything 1.20.1 had plus years of new content and fixes.
What about Minecraft 1.21.130 / 1.21.130.28?
Same answer: 1.21.130 is an older 1.21-line build. The guides that mention it are outdated. Use 1.26.60.30 from the Minecraft Download page and follow the current install guide.
Can I install two versions side by side?
No. Both share the package name com.mojang.minecraftpe, so Android treats them as the same app. You can only have one build installed at a time.
Will updating from an old build delete my worlds?
Not if you back them up first. Copy /games/com.mojang/ or export your worlds before uninstalling the old build, then restore them after installing the new one.
Why do some sites still offer old APK files?
Because old builds get searches. But old files are more likely to be outdated, broken, or tampered with. This site lists old builds for reference and serves only the verified current build.
How do I know when a newer build is out?
Check the “Page last updated” date on the Minecraft Mod APK homepage and the Minecraft 1.26 Changelog post, which tracks the 1.26 line.
